In terms of the partnering model we see ourselves growing via
other independent specialist entities who form part of the overall
value chain of a project and who strive to add value to our business
model and that of our clients.
Typically this will require us to work with other independent
consultants on an ad-hoc basis.
In terms of the franchise model we hope to package our intellectual
property (IP) as learned over time in a way that makes it possible
to franchise inexpensively. In this way other individuals or entities
who share our passion to add value or who are as frustrated as
us with the overall maturity of our industry may join the AI2SA
brand and start to collectively raise the standards as well as
assist in commoditizing some of the elements of the industry.
This will assist in reducing the overall costs for clients dramatically.
